We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our accounting automation services
- Process and extract data from your invoices and documents
- Sync data with your connected accounting software (Sage 50, etc.)
- Send you service-related notifications and updates
- Improve our AI extraction accuracy and product features
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit). We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security policies. Access to your organization's data is restricted to authorized members only.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ZeroSync:
- Clerk — Authentication and user management
- Supabase — Database and file storage
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered document extraction
- Vercel — Application hosting
- Google (Gmail API) — Email integration (when connected)
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing
