By accessing or using ZeroSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ZeroSync on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ZeroSync provides AI-powered accounting automation for construction companies, including invoice extraction, job management, approval workflows, check generation, and integration with accounting software such as Sage 50.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of data you upload to ZeroSync
• Complying with applicable laws regarding financial data

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ZeroSync for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Resell or redistribute ZeroSync without authorization
• Exceed usage limits of your subscription plan

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to ZeroSync, including invoices, financial records, and contact information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. AI Processing

ZeroSync uses artificial intelligence to extract and categorize financial data. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated results should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being used for accounting or financial decisions. ZeroSync is not a substitute for professional accounting advice.

7. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZeroSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from incorrect data extraction or processing errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
